C.1900. A striking Art Nouveau garnet cabochon ring. The ring is made by 'Larter & Sons', a renowned American jeweler from Newark NJ. Two different figural details adorn each shoulder, and the oval shaped garnet cabochon is set north-south direction. With light, the stone glows with a deep red wine hue. The ring might have had another stone originally, and at later time, it was replaced to the garnet; we found the ring as it is. The ring is 14k gold, and bears the authentic 'Larter & Sons' hallmark. Overall in good condition.
