C.1840s. A beautiful quality early Victorian double row diamond ring. This stunning half hoop ring has very lively diamonds, and the stones have an open back setting for more practical wear. The ring is composed of twenty old mine cut diamonds: nine on each row and one bigger stone at each end. The diamonds are set in silver, and the shank is 14k yellow gold. The stones are mostly G-H color (K-L in one or two stones) with VS2 clarity (SI1 for one or two stones). The total weight of the stones is approximately 1.6ctw. The ring sparkles magnificently, and look just gorgeous when worn. Overall the ring is in great condition.
