A magnificent Victorian gold chain necklace. This high karat gold necklace is a versatile piece that can be worn in multiple ways. One side has the round link connectors with the debossed quatrefoil motif, and the other side has the simple diamond shaped connectors that offer a simple and elegant look. We love both sides equally. The necklace has the original dropdown extender, and the chain can also be worn with or without it. This extender can be connected to the body of the necklace, and it makes the necklace even longer. Three spring rings are all original to the piece, and the clasp of each one is secure and in good working order. A locket or pendant(s) can be hung from the dropdown link if desired.
