LAYAWAY
We offer layaway; One third deposit down and the rest in two payments within 45 days, or a half deposit down and the other half within 60 days.
All orders with layaway plans are final sale, and the payments are non-refundable.
Overdue balances remaining 5 days from the due date will be subject to a late fee of 5% per day of the total purchase price.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Requests for cancellation of an order that has been paid are also subject to the restocking fee. Restocking fees are waived if payment is made via bank transfer. Please contact us if you wish to pay via bank transfer.
Please ship the item back, fully insured, to the address below.
The packaging has to be double-boxed for our insurance purpose, just like when you received the order.
Please provide the tracking information via email once the item is shipped back.
All items are final sale once out of our return policy range. No exceptions, please.
Please also note that all custom/private viewing orders are final sale. And we do not take double returns.

Shipping, insurance and any additional charges incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if upon receiving the item, we determine that it has been damaged or altered. Returned item(s) must be in the original condition, and must include the original packaging. We are not liable for lost returns. Please add the full insurance and tracking to your return. Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. Orders from private appointments are final sale. All items purchased at discounted sale price are also final sale. LAELIUS Antiques does not refund the shipping fees.
Upon receipt of return, we will issue you a refund minus shipping fee to the original method of payment within 48 hours.
Due to customs and duty fees, all international orders are non-returnable.
Most of the pieces sold by LAELIUS Antiques are hundreds of years old, and often have signs of wear. It is also a beauty in antique jewelry that adds its own character.
Please note that items must be treated with care, as antique pieces are in general fragile. Most antique jewelry is not suitable to wear in water. Foil-backed items must not come into contact with water, as this will cause discoloration.
