A stunning mid-Victorian Etruscan revival collar necklace. The collar is smartly designed to be converted into a pair of bracelets as well. It is beautifully made with fine granulation and gold work. The two original clasp rings match the reeded pattern from the links. The rich 18k gold feels warm, and the collar sits comfortably flat around the neck. The length of the collar is approximately 15.5 inches, and it weighs 51.70 grams. Each clasp is secure and in a good working order. Overall this piece is in excellent condition with the natural patina in gold. With London assay office mark and hallmarked for 1877.
