A striking mid-Victorian gold collar necklace. Each link features a pyramid stud and gold wire work. The design still feels timeless and modern after more than 150 years. The necklace is seamless when worn with a hidden clasp that doesn't interfere with its design. A smartly assembled loop for a pendant or locket sits on the back of the center link, and it can be used as a dropdown. (see photo #4.) The necklace lays beautifully around the neck. The clasp is secure, and closes with a good click sound. The weight of the necklace is 49.82 grams, and it is crafted in 15k gold. Overall it is in great condition.
