C.1840.  A stunning pair of early Victorian paste earrings with new 15k gold ear wires. Set as closed backs, the large circular cluster design looks magnificent on. Most likely these were buttons at one point, and later converted into earrings. A few paste stones are slightly discolored and might have been replaced in antiquity.
