A truly one-of-a-kind mid-Victorian 'flower basket' necklace. This festoon style necklace is 18k gold, and it consists of nine flower baskets. Each basket is designed three-dimensional, and finely handcrafted with filigree openwork. The necklace comes in an original red antique fitted box with deep green velvet and silk interior. The clasp is secure and in good working order. The back of the basket is designed flat, so it lays around the neck beautifully. It is a joy to find something very special and unusual like this piece.
