A superb, extra-large silver wax seal fob dated to early Victorian era. The carved intaglio depicts a castle and a ship on the sea, and is carved on light brown/grey quartz crystal. The silver frame is beautifully constructed with the curved design throughout the upper body. The fob is unusually substantial in size, and would make a stunning pendant with a silver or gold chain. Overall in great condition.
