C.1860-1870. A stunning and rare mid-Victorian cats eye chrysoberyl & diamond locket. The locket is made of 18k yellow gold, and is adorned with the white and powder blue enamel. The original bail continues with the matching details. The center has a beautiful cats eye chrysoberyl cabochon surrounded by rose cut diamonds. The locket has an open back locket setting. It is truly an unusual yet gorgeous piece. The blue enamel has slight/minor wear. Overall this locket is in great condition.
